Our proactive monitoring runs 24/7, which means most issues are caught and resolved before business hours even begin. For critical after-hours emergencies, we have escalation processes in place. We'll discuss this in detail during your onboarding.
Yes - we fully support Windows and macOS environments, including mixed setups. Whether your team is all-Mac, all-Windows, or a blend of both, we've got the expertise to manage it seamlessly.
It means exactly what it says - during business hours, your team can call or submit tickets as often as needed without any per-incident charges. Tier 2 and Tier 3 plans include unlimited remote support. Tier 1 includes remote support on a per-incident basis.
Our SaaS backup (included free in Tier 2 and Tier 3) covers Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, including email, files, calendars, and contacts. If you use other cloud platforms, ask us - we may be able to accommodate them.
